1. 💻 Use of Our Site

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not to do anything shady, illegal, or mean. This includes not attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or mess with the site, its code, or our vibes.

2. 🕯️ Products

All candles are:

Handmade in small or tiny batches
Poured with care, love, and intention
Subject to natural variations in appearance

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue scents at any time (some are fleeting, like your will to survive).

3. 💸 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment platforms as shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice (inflation and wax costs are real).

4. 📦 Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays once your order leaves our hands.

5. 🚫 Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Light dents in tins are cosmetic and will not be replaced.
If your candle arrives damaged in a way that prevents use, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. 🔥 Candle Safety

Burn candles within sight. Keep away from drafts, kids, and anything flammable (yes, including your To-Do list). Follow safety instructions on the label. Wick and Tired Collective, LLC is not liable for improper use.

7. 📧 Privacy

We respect your inbox. Any personal information shared with us will be used only to process and ship your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and occasionally send candle puns (with your permission).

8. 💬 User Content

If you tag us or leave a review, you agree we can repost or share your content (with credit) for marketing purposes. If you don’t want to be featured, just let us know — we respect boundaries.

9. 🧾 Taxes

All applicable sales taxes will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

10. 💼 Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for any damages (fire, allergic reactions, existential crises, etc.) resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Please burn responsibly.
