We’re a one-human operation, and we pour, pack, and ship every candle with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your cozy packages make their way to you:
✨ Order Processing
🗓️ Orders are processed on Wednesdays and Sundays
Because Wick and Tired Co. is run by one very tired grad student with a full-time job (hi, it’s Demi 👋), we process orders just once a week. This helps us balance quality with sanity — thanks for your patience!
⏳ Processing time: 2–5 business days
During high-demand moments like new drops or pop-up markets, it might take a little longer but, we promise your candle is on its way, packed with care.

A tracking number as soon as your order ships
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of the order.

We primarily use USPS or UPS depending on the best rate and speed.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
Note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons (we’re looking at you, holiday chaos), and while we wish we could hand-deliver every candle, these delays are beyond our control.
🔁 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it's out of our hands (literally).

Wick and Tired Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package arrives damaged in a way that affects candle use, email us at info@wickandtireco.com within 2 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

A description of what happened
