🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We’re a tiny-batch candle business run by one very tired (but deeply grateful) grad student with a full-time job — and every order means the world.

Because all candles are hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We encourage you to read scent descriptions carefully before placing your order.

  • Some candle tins may have small dings or dents from transit — these are cosmetic and won’t affect your burn. We do not replace candles for minor cosmetic flaws.


🕯️ Damaged or Defective Orders

We pack each order with care, but if your candle arrives damaged in a way that affects its ability to be used, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email info@wickandtiredco.com within 2 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

  3. We'll assess and, if eligible, send a replacement or offer store credit


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” Wick and Tired Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order seems to be missing:

  • Double-check your shipping address

  • Look around your mailbox/porch

  • Check with neighbors or your local USPS/UPS office

If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist — but please know we cannot refund or resend items that were confirmed delivered.
