Candle tins can become very hot while burning and will remain hot after the flame is extinguished. Do not touch, move, or handle the tin while hot. Allow it to cool completely before handling. Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
All orders are hand-packed with care and ship out once a week (usually on Mondays).
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. During launches or pop-up weekends, a little extra time may be needed—thanks for your patience!
You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, just reach out within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note: Our candles come in metal tins, and while we do our best to protect them, minor dings or scratches can happen during shipping. These don’t affect how your candle burns and aren’t eligible for returns or replacements.
